Teambuilding/Team Coaching
Business Challenge:
Your executive team is a "team" in name only. Individuals seem to be worried only about their own areas and numbers, creating a "silo" mentality. Limited resources and politics have spawned infighting. There is little, if any, collaboration. Team meetings are nothing more than an opportunity for each individual to report on his/her area (with others just waiting their turn). Any team meeting is generally viewed as a waste of precious time. What can be done to bring your team together? Solution:

The purpose of our Teambuilding/Team Coaching solution is to foster a sense of team identity through understanding and respecting individual differences and collaborating to achieve business results. A Teambuilding/Team Coaching Meeting typically is held off site and lasts one to three days. Depending on the team's needs, the content of the meeting may include team skills training (e.g., team problem solving, team decision making, conflict management, meeting management, reading and adjusting to others' styles, etc.), team "typing" based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, role playing, interactive discussion and feedback, and team problem solving with real-time business problems. Throughout the meeting, an EDI facilitator provides real-time coaching on the team's performance and group interaction. Individual team members also receive real-time coaching when necessary and value added.
